We are proud to make available our Life Tree branded products for wholesale purchase to retailers, health care practitioners, and health industry groups. 

To access the Wholesale Order Page your account must first be registered.  Simply call us (866-448-1789 | 334-448-1789), or fill-in the application form via the link below.

New Wholesale Customers    (Note: BOTH steps listed below are required to become setup as an applicant)

Step# 1.   Click the CREATE PROFILE button, and then click the NEW CUSTOMER SIGN-UP link on the authentication page. Create for yourself a new profile account and password.

Step# 2.   Click the REGISTER NOW button, and then fill-in the information fields.

After application review, we will update your account profile to be granted access to the Wholesale Order page; and then contact you to let you know that you have been approved.
