HOW TO TAKE THE PRODUCTS:

Note: If also taking medication, take products one hour before (or two hours after) any prescription drugs.

Intensify (tincture):

Take 60 drops in water or juice, 2 to 3 times daily, or as needed.

• If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications, consult your Health Care Professional before using this product.

Breathe Ease - Blended Essential Oil (liquid):

Add to a diffuser, or add 5 drops of Breathe Ease essential oil blend per 1 oz of carrier oil. When applying topically, apply to temples, base of neck and any other part of body that is needed. Be careful to avoid eye area. This is a great oil to also use in a massage.
